  • ReSocial is a therapist-designed social wellness community created to help adults relearn connection and redefine community through shared experiences, conversation, and continued follow-through. Most spaces help you meet people. ReSocial is designed to help friendships grow.

  • Before each event, you’ll know who’s attending and can introduce yourself ahead of time. During the event, shared themes make it easier to connect beyond small talk. Afterward, a moderated group space helps conversations continue so plans don’t quietly fade.The goal is familiarity and momentum, not just a single meetup.

  • Yes. You are always welcome to come with someone you know. I simply encourage both of you to remain open to meeting new people. From personal experience, sitting only with someone familiar can limit new connections, so at the very least, consider giving each other space to branch out during the event

  • ReSocial is designed to reduce common social friction. Knowing who’s attending beforehand, having shared themes, and continuing conversation afterward creates context and familiarity, which can make gatherings feel less overwhelming.

  • There will be a mix. At least one larger community gathering will be free and held once a month. Other curated events will be ticketed to support thoughtful planning, hosting, and the continued growth of ReSocial.

  • All adults are welcome. There are plans to explore gatherings tailored to different age groups and community interests in the future, but currently ReSocial is open to anyone ready to show up.
