Welcome to Resocial (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, or attending a Resocial event in Tampa Bay, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or attend our events.

1. General Information

Resocial hosts therapist-led social gatherings designed to foster meaningful connection and community. Our events are not therapy sessions and do not establish a therapist-client relationship.

Participation in any Resocial event is voluntary.

2. Eligibility

By purchasing a ticket or attending a Resocial event, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age
You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement
All information provided during registration is accurate

We reserve the right to refuse attendance to anyone who violates these terms.

3. Ticket Purchases & Payments

All ticket sales are processed through [payment processor/platform].

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees listed at checkout
Provide accurate billing information
Comply with event policies

Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

If Resocial cancels an event, a full refund or credit will be issued.

We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events as needed.

5. Code of Conduct

Resocial is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.

By attending an event, you agree to:

Treat all participants with respect
Maintain appropriate boundaries
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
Follow any venue rules or safety guidelines

We reserve the right to remove any attendee without refund if behavior compromises the safety or experience of others.

6. No Therapeutic Relationship

Although Resocial events are facilitated by a licensed therapist, participation does not establish a therapeutic or clinical relationship.

Resocial gatherings are social experiences and should not replace professional mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek appropriate medical care.

7. Assumption of Risk

By attending a Resocial event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

Personal injury
Property loss
Emotional discomfort
Venue-related incidents

You agree to release and hold harmless Resocial and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

8. Photography & Media Release

Resocial may capture photos or videos during events for promotional and marketing purposes.

By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in marketing materials, social media, and website content unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the event facilitator upon arrival.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, event materials, and written content are the intellectual property of Resocial and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resocial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Website use
Event attendance
Third-party vendor actions
Technical issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the ticket.

11. Privacy

Your use of this website and participation in events is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review that policy for information regarding data collection and use.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Florida.
